Courtney Henchon

Courtney Henchon has spent more than 12 years managing clinical operations of value-based care models, physical health and behavioral health integration models, and performance management strategies and optimization initiatives. She has also led several large-scale business development and implementation efforts for various clinical models. Prior to her role at axialHealthcare, Courtney served as the National Vice President, Clinical Operations at Evolent Health and Vice President, Clinical Operations at Passport Health Plan. She is a Registered Nurse from Purdue University with a minor in Psychology and holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing.
