Responsibilities

  • Accountable for translating product / solution feature set priorities and roadmap into a backlog of requirements that delivery teams (e.g. Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations) execute on within a defined time period (e.g. sprint); maximize the value the delivery teams can produce over specific timeframes
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to translate product / solution priorities into detailed requirements and documentation
  • Facilitate communication between the business, SMEs and engineering to ensure what is needed is produced, and what is being produced is meeting the need
  • Work closely with Clinical, Data, Analytics, and other SMEs to ensure broad awareness of, and appropriate input into, work in progress
  • Build and manage the backlog of requirements delivery teams will focus on for any defined schedule of work (e.g. sprint, project)
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize work and identify and resolve issues
  • Routinely communicate status to the Product Manager and appropriately escalate issues/questions when needed
  • Define acceptance criteria and determine if requirement was delivered satisfactorily
  • Actively participate in an agile team, including sprint retrospectives, demonstrations, training and team feedback

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in program, product and project management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in business and technical analysis requiring thorough attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • User story and requirements development experience
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred but not required
  • Experience working with health care data and applications preferred but not required
