The Analyst, Account Operations will report to the Vice President, Strategic Accounts and will be tasked with supporting various clients’ requests for reporting, ad hoc deliverables, professional presentations, and other needs. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic and analytical professional with excellent communication and presentation skills. This individual will work cross-functionally with axial’s Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing and Product teams.


  • Support regular deliverables to clients including operations reporting, JOC material creation, and ensuring SLA’s are consistently met across operations and product delivery
  • Effectively manage customer’s requests, partnering across the organization to exceed client expectations
  • Resolve customer issues through proper channels in the organization with customer’s perspective in mind
  • Act strategically when confronted with barriers
  • Review and analyze reports for accuracy and outcomes needed to satisfy the customer
  • Support onboarding of new clients and nurturing new business opportunities under the direction of the account and implementation owners
  • Lead presentation and pitch deck creation for services delivery or new business opportunities, working cross-functionally on material creation
  • Routinely review Strategic Account Plans and proactively keep abreast of client, axial, and industry development, identifying barriers or growth opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in a health care, consulting, or client services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated client services abilities, acting as the point person for client requests and reporting deliverables
  • Ability to create professional and strategic presentations is required, including program outcomes, services overviews, or new business opportunities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills
  • Computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience analyzing health care data preferred
  • Ability to travel as business needs required (Up to 25%)
